Marine Service Technician
Diagnose, repair, and maintain outboard engines, stern drives, and marine electrical systems. Suzuki certification a plus — training available.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair outboard engines, stern drives, and inboard motors
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tune-ups, and winterization
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals
- Communicate repair findings and estimates to service writer
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and tool inventory
- Complete Suzuki Marine certification courses (training provided)
- Assist with sea trials and post-repair quality checks
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience with outboard or marine engine repair preferred
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and service documentation
- Valid driver's license required
- Suzuki Marine certification a plus — training available
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
